Chicken 1kg chicken fillets cut into stripsMarinate with:Salt to taste1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food peri peri masala2 tablespoons chilli sauce 2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons barbecue sauce1 teaspoon Robertsons Chicken spice 2 tablespoons oil Cook on low heat till done. Must be saucy. Steak1kg steak cut into strips and washed Marinate with:Salt to taste1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food steak and chops masala1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon Robertsons steak and chops masala1 tablespoon worcester sauce1 tablespoon soya sauce1 tablespoon chilli sauce2 tablespoons oil Cook till done and tender. Must be saucy.Mix 1 teaspoon corn flour in ½ cup water and add to steak. Simmer till thicken slightly musnt be too thick. Add water if too thick. Rice:2 cups tastic rice soaked in water In a pot melt butterAdd 3 teaspoons spice for rice and salt to tasteAdd cubed peppers and carrots½ cup Chinese stir fryThen add rice and cook till done. Drain. Stir fry:1 cup Chinese stir fry In a pan add butter and stir fry Chinese stir fry. Add ½ to chicken and ½ to steak.
Serve on a platter. Place rice in the middle. Chicken on one side and steak on the other. Garnish and serve. Enjoy
