RECIPE
Boil 1 packet pasta(Reserve ½ cup pasta water b4 draining)& set aside.Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 1 chopped green chilli.When translucent add in 2 cloves minced garlic. Then add in 2 cups liquidised tomatoes. Add 1 teaspoon salt & 1 teaspoon chilli powder & 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) & ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) & 2 teaspoon sugar.Allow to simmer 15 - 20 minutes.Braise 500g to 1kg mince. I used chicken mince. Break up as it cooks. Add in 2 teaspoon ginger garlic & 1 big chopped onion & 1 teaspoon each: salt chilli powder arad (Turmeric) dhana jeeroo black pepper Cook till done.Mix pasta into mince.Pour about ½ of the tomato chutney at the bottom of a greased pyrex. Pour ½ of the pasta. Sprinkle lots of cheese. Repeat layers.Ending with cheese.(U could toss all this together if u prefer).Sprinkle herbs. Cover with foil & bake 20 minutesSo satisfying 🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜
