METHOD
Boil Masoor (Back lentils) and set asideBoil rice with clove, elaichi and 2 teaspoon salt..1 teaspoon margerine and set asideBoil egg..peel and fry..set aside
FOR MINCEPut oil in a potAdd onion and the whole spices and allow to brownAdd 1 tablespoon ginger in mince and set asideAdd grated tomato with spices, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic and peas and simmer..add ¼ cup boiled waterAdd fresh cream and mix (optional)Braise till 🍅 is cooked
RICEStrain and add boiled Masoor (Back lentils)Add little food colour and mixAdd to braised mince
Add boiled eggs on top of riceAdd zaffran and biryani essenceSprinkle rinds of lemonSteam on low heat..adding dots of margarine and sprinkle water
