1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon lemon pepper Red masala1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon BBQ spice 1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon peri peri spice 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon garlic sauce1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon tomato sauce/tomato paste2 tablespoon lemon juice ½ cup Nandos mild peri peri sauce
Handful of cherry tomatoes and slice peppers
METHOD
Marinate chicken with sauces and spices. Add tomatoes and peppers. Bake in an oven tray on 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve with pita/Naan.
