INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillet,chopped into big
cubes
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
abt 6 tablespoon pesto
1 teaspoon green masala (heaped)
2 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) powder
2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
2 teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoon fennel powder
1cup freash dhania (coriander),finely chopped
1cup fresh mint,finely chopped
4 green chillies roughly chopped
250ml fresh cream
¼ cup mayo
4 tablespoon melted butter
METHOD
mix chicken lemon juice and salt and
leave aside for abt 30mins,then strain
out excess liquids.
Marinate chicken with the rest of he
ingredients and allow to marinate for
a few hours.taste to adjust salt.
Thread chicken onto skewers,drizzle
with olive oil and grill on smokeless
grill or braai (bbq).
Reserve marinated,when skewers are
done toss in marinade and serve with
wraps/taco shells,mango salsa and
chips
