1 egg1 1⁄2 cup flour6 teaspoon butterGreen chillies to taste¾ teaspoon salt2 teaspoon baking powder1 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic cubes2/3 cup full cream milk1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander (optional)
Beat egg and milk together.Add the rest of the ingredients (add milk slowly) to make a soft dough.Form in to small balls & place over the curry.Place lid onto pot & leave closed for 10 minutes on medium to lower heat.
Note. Curry needs to have enough liquid to allow steaming
