1 chicken cut into pieces1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon steak and chops spice1 tablespoon chicken spice2 teaspoon mustard powder1 heaped teaspoon red masala1 teaspoon lemon pepper½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon dhana1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)1 teaspoon black pepper2 tablespoon oil½ teaspoon saltJuice if ½ lemon1 cup yogurt
Marinate the chicken with the above for 2 hours or more if possible.. In a pan heat 60g garlic butter, add the chicken and cook till done. (not dry it must be saucy) serve with wegdes, salad and Roti/Naan.. Enjoy 💋
