INGREDIENTS
1 can tinfish½ kg Papri boiled1 large onion½ cup oil1 piece cinnamon stick1 clove elaichi2 clove Pinch of jeera seedPinch chillie flakesPinch of garlic flakesFew curry leaves2 green chillies slit1 dry chillie2 tomatoes grated½ teaspoon turmeric2 ½ teaspoon Rustenburg chillie powder½ teaspoon Kashmiri chillie powder½ ginger garlic masala½ dhania (coriander) jeera powder1 tablespoon crushed ginger garlic1 teaspoon salt ir salt to taste
METHOD
Add oil and onion, cinnamon, clove, elaichi, jeera, dry chillie, chillie and garlic flakes and fry until onion is golden brownAdd boiled papri and cook until water dryOn the side add spices with curry leave, chillies and ginger garlic together with sauce from tin fishKeep the fish seperateAdd spices with sauce to cook till oil seperatesLastly add tin fish and some water for fish to cookCook 10 minutes on lowSprinkle with dhania (coriander)
