1kg tiger prawns shell on devained and washed and drained.Butterflied 1½ teaspoon garlic2 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon crushed chillies ¼ cup oilMarinate prawns Fry on griddle pan. Shell side up
Sauce:¼ cup butter3 tablespoon honey1 cup sweet chilli sauce½ cup tomato sauce 2 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon sesame seeds ½ cup chilli garlic sauce(I added swezwan sauce)Chopped dhania (coriander) and sliced chillies 4 garnishing Boil sauce.Add cooked prawns. Simmer and garnish.I served with savoury rice and lemon butter sauce
