INGREDIENTS
1LB Chicken fillets(clean,washed,drained,chopped into bite size
pieces
3 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)
5 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
6 green chillies (Minced)
1 ½ Cup Self Raising flour
1 teaspoon jeera powder
METHOD
In a clean bowl add drained chicken pieces,add lemon
juice,salt,green chillies,ghee (Clarified butter),mix well and leave to marinate for 1
hour.
Then add chilli powder,jeera powder,self raising flour,coat all the
chicken mix well,the add to it lukewarm water to make a thick
batter,mix throughly,cover with cling film,leave aside for 1 hour and
fry till golden brown
