500g Fillet Steak cut in strips1 onion sliced1 - 2 tomatoes grated/blended/chopped1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon Red Masala1 teaspoon steak & chops spice 1 teaspoon Barbecue Spice1 teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon yoghurt A few splashes of Soya sauce and Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon black pepperA good sprinkle of Inna Paarman green onion and garlic pepper A few shakes Aromat (a South African Spice) 3 tablespoon tomato purée1 teaspoon brown sugarSalt to taste
Fry onions in oil until golden brown, then add steak and cook until juices of the meat go down, then add tomatoes and all the spices and the tomato purée. Allow to cook on low adding a little water to create a nice thick gravy. I served with spaghetti and ready cut stir fry veggies from Woolworths.
