400g coconut milk2 1/2 Cup water2 teaspoon China grass powder3/4c sugarPink food coloring Pinch of salt*Rose syrup

METHOD

Bring to a boil for 10mins, the water, China grass powder and sugarRemove from heat, mix in the remaining ingredients and allow to set until firm
