INGREDIENTS
750ml milk3 eggs250ml fresh cream1 tin evapourated milk1 tin condensed milk1 cup fresh/ desiccated coconut4 slices white bread (without crust)
Garnish-Nestle dessert cream½ cup fresh coconut curls/ crumbled flake chocolate
METHOD
1. Blend all ingredients till well incorporated.2. Pour into a well greased oven proof dish.3. Pour in 500ml water into bain marie (a deep metal tray filled with water) and then place dish in it.4. Place bain marie into a preheated oven at 180degC. 5. Bake for 45min. 6. Place in fridge and allow to cool and set.7. Lightly beat dessert cream in a bowl till smooth, then pour over pudding.8. Garnish with coconut or flake. Place in fridge covered till ready to serve.
Note: If pudding is still watery/ too wobbly, then bake for a little longer. Please note thermofan ovens require more baking.
