INGREDIENTS
750ml milk3 eggs250ml fresh cream1 tin evapourated milk1 tin condensed milk1 cup fresh/ desiccated coconut4 slices white bread (without crust)
Garnish-Dessert cream½ cup fresh coconut curls/ crumbled flake chocolate
METHOD
1. Blend all ingredients till well incorporated.2. Pour into a well greased oven proof dish.3. Pour in 500ml water into bain marie (an oven tray, or deep metal tray, filled with water) and then place dish in it.4. Place bain marie into a preheated oven at 180degC. 5. Bake for 45-55min. 6. Place in fridge and allow to cool and set.7. Lightly beat dessert cream in a bowl till smooth, then pour over pudding.8. Garnish with coconut or flake. Place in fridge covered till ready to serve.
Note: If pudding is still watery/ too wobbly, then bake for a little longer. Please note thermofan ovens require more baking.
