INGREDIENTS
2-3 Chicken Fillets, cubed½ teaspoon Tandoori Spice or Tikka Masala¼ teaspoon Tumeric Spice½ teaspoon Portuguese Spice 1 teaspoon Paprika Spice¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper Spice(optional)Pinch of Red Chillie Flakes...add more if you like🌶️🌶️6x teaspoon Plain Yogurt or Mayoinaise1x teaspoon honey1x Garlic Clove.... 2x teaspoon Lemon juice, Oil, for drizzling¼ Cup Milk2x teaspoon Butter,dotted on top & 1 extra teaspoon for buttering your pasta dish👍
1 & ½ Cups Mixed Veg, cooked500g Macaroni, cooked(use any pasta you prefer.. 1 Cup Grated Cheddar/Gouda Cheese¼ teaspoon Mixed Herbs or Danya, chopped..Served with a Salad🥗 or Garlic Bread/Naan
METHOD
Cook the pasta & strain. Then cook the mixed veg for about 10 minutes & then set it aside. Cut up your chicken fillets in cubes, add in your spices... garlic & mix well & add it too the pyrex dish. Drizzle with oil & bake for 20 minutes @180 degrees. Cool down completely.Line your medium or large pasta bowl with layer of pasta, chicken & mixed veg... Depending on the size of your bowl, repeat the process twice. Top with the grated cheese & sprinkle of the herbs & bake in your oven for 20 - 30 minutes until golden brown.( Pour the milk on top of the cheese just before baking it & dot with the butter)..
Serves 5-6
