INGREDIENTS
1pkt halloumi cheese cut into thick strips
2tblsp olive oil
1 red chilli cut
Flat leaf parsley chop
Green dhania (coriander) chop
METHOD
Mix olive oil ,chillie,parsley and dhania (coriander) leave to marinate
Warm a griddle pan with a little olive oil grill halloumi slices till
it get a nice sear put into a plate pour olive oil mixture over cut
some rocket leaves sprinkle over serve with crackers.
