INGREDIENTS
½ french bread
3 garlic cloves
60ml olive oil
METHOD
Cube the bread. Heat oil in a large pan then add
peeled garlic cloves & bread cubes. Fry, stirring
constantly until croutons are golden. Remove
croutons from oil & drain thoroughly on
absorbent paper. Use in Caesar salads.
