500g macaroni brand of your choice8 jam tomatoes blended1 onion3 chilliesOil Salt 2 tablespoons cake flour100g butter/margarine500ml milk½ cup creamMixed herbsSalt & pepper Cheese as much you like
Boil pasta as per packet instructions. Chutney:Saute onions Add chilliesAdd your blended tomatoesSalt and let it cook. White sauce:Melt your butter in a pot, add your flour. Make a roux. Add a little milk at a time, continue mixing. Add cream.Once the sauce is thick. Remove from stove. Add boiled pasta to a Pyrex casserole, mix the chutney in. Pour your white sauce over. Sprinkle cheese, sprinkle mixed herbs and bake for 15 minutes at 180.

You can add steak to your chutney for something more meaty.
