INGREDIENTS
250g chicken fillet
3 slices bread (crust trimmed)
spring onion
splash of lemon juice
fresh red chillie to taste
dhania (coriander) and mint
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
black and white sesame seeds
cornflour
METHOD
process all the ingredients except
sesame seeds until just combined.
Mix in seeds by hand and form into
patties,dust with cornflour and pan
fry
serve with garlic pitas and green salad
or
veg egg noodle stir fry
INFO & TIPS
optional:use soy sauce instead of salt.
Add finely chopped lemon
grass,honey and fresh ginger
