INGREDIENTS
Chicken fillet cut into large cubesSaltRed masalaLemon pepperDhanaJeera Red chilliesHarissa spice @wooliesJuice of 1 lemon*Plain yoghurt*Olive oil drizzle*
METHOD
Make a marinade with above spices, add in about 2 tablespoon yogurt , allow to marinate for a few hoursThread onto skewers, bake in a preheated oven at 200 for 10 to 15 minutes
