Orange Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 cup fresh orange juice250g sifted flour1 cup sugar3 teaspoon. baking powder5 eggs2 tablespoon. maizena (corn flour) ( corn flour)¼ cup oil

METHOD

Heat the orange juice for 30 secondsIn a bowl sift your dry ingredients Add in the orange juice and oil and beat properly Separate the egg white and yolkAdd the yolk in the mixture and mixBeat the egg white with 1 teaspoon baking powder till it is stiffAdd the egg white in the mixture and mixAdd in a Bundt pan and bake at 180 degrees for +- 40 minutes or moreSprinkle icing sugar over and enjoy
