INGREDIENTS
1 kg prawns
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
... 2 tablespoon chiili garlic paste
salt to taste
4 tablespoon peri peri oil
juice of two lemons
4 tablespoon nandos peri peri sauce
4 tablespoon nandos wildherb sauce
METHOD
Marinate prawns overnight.
Place prawns in a in a pyrex or oven pan.
Place blobs of garlic butter over prawns.
Grill in oven on 180\' until done.
Serve with chips and garlic bread.
