RECIPE
1 1/2kg red line fish (I used 500g kingklip)60g melted butter1/2 tablespoon fresh red chillies ground (I used course kashmiri chillies)2 tablespoon ground garlic1 teaspoon crushed black pepper1 teaspoon lemon pepperSalt to taste1 teaspoon crushed cumin2 tablespoon lemon juice1/4c ground almonds2 tablespoon mayonnaise3 tablespoon peri peri sauce
Marinate fish in above and place in an oven proof dish.Pour sauce over, top with onion and tomato slices (I diced mine)Bake at 200 for 20mins covered with foil then at 180 uncovered until done
Sauce3 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon garlic1 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala1/2 tablespoon chillie powder1/2 Cup mayonnaise 1/4c peri peri sauce1/4c prego sauce1 Cup fresh cream
Boil sauce ingredients for about 5mins until it thickens

* I omitted the sauce and just drizzled over fresh cream before topping with the onion and tomato
