Combine dry ingredients in a bowlMix water and egg together till combinedAdd enough liquid to make a soft doughKnead in butter u til dough is smoothAllow to rise, divide into 5 to 6 balls, roll into long ovalsCook on tawa
Meat:1kg steak strips2 tablespoon butter2 teaspoon green chillies*2 teaspoon crushed garlic*1 teaspoon black pepper*Salt*2 teaspoon crushed garlic2 tablespoon each: tomato sauce, mustard sauce, mayonnaise, chillie sauce Sliced onion and peppers
Marinate steak with ingredients marked with asterisk Heat butter, braise 2 teaspoon garlic and add marinated meat. Cook till tenderAdd onion and peppers Cook till softAdd sauces and cook for a couple minutes more
Sauce:7 while dry red chillies (I used 3 only)¾ c boiling water2 tablespoon lemon juice1 tomato1 tablespoon tomato paste1 tablespoon chillie sauce2 tablespoon butter
Soak chillies in boiling for 20minsLiquidize chillies, lemon and tomatoPlace in saucepan Add tomato paste, chilli sauce salt and butter. Allow to simmer until thickened Serve as a side or dip
