INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillet sliced thin 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon red masala 1 teaspoon chicken spiceA good sprinkle @woolworths_sa Italian Grind ½ tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon paprika ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika 2 tablespoons yoghurt 2 tablespoons olive oilSalt to taste
Salad ingredients 1 packet @woolworths_sa butter lettuce or lettuce of your choice Purple cabbage shredded Green cabbage shredded Grated carrot ½ a cucumber chopped 1 tomato sliced Coriander/dhania (coriander) leavesRoasted cashew nuts Roasted sesame seeds1 cup pasta shells cooked as per packet instructionsPurple or white onion sliced
Salad dressing ¼ cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Nandos Bushveld braai (bbq) 2 teaspoons honey ½ teaspoon crushed garlic¼ teaspoon smoked paprika Salt to taste Mix together
METHOD
Mix together all the ingredients and marinate chicken fillets. Air fry at 165 degrees C for 10 minutes. Remove from air fryer baste with leftover marinade, turn each fillet over and baste the other side. Air fry for a further 10 minutes. Check for doneness and set aside..Mix the purple and green cabbage with the grated carrot add in mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper to make coleslaw. .To assembleOn a plate place as follows Lettuce Coleslaw Pasta Slice chicken in strips and place on top of pasta Cucumber and tomato around the sides Top with roasted cashews, sesame seedsAnd purple or white onion rings Drizzle with the prepared salad dressing Serve with @knorrflavour 1000 Island salad dressing (optional)
