Fill a bowl with boiling water. Add another bowl on top like a double boiler. Add yoghurt, salt and 1 clove crushed garlic. Mix well and leave to slowly heat up Poach two eggs of fry if you prefer Separately Add 60g butter in a pan to melt. Once melted and changing colour, add chilli flakes, sumac and a drop or 2 of lemon juice. You can also add paprika if you wish. I like it extra spicy. Now to assemble. Add the eggs over the yoghurt and lastly drizzle the chill butter over. Serve with toast.
