2 & ¾ cups flour 4 teaspoon baking powder4-5 tablespoons castor sugar 120g butter softened½ cup double cream yoghurt ½ cup milk1 egg Place dry ingredients in bowlMix wet ingredients together in a jug To make the dough Rub butter into flour Add the wet ingredientsMix gently to form a soft dough. If needed add more milk. Roll slightly thick. Cut into circles. Brush with egg. Bake at 180 till golden. Serve with jam, cream & butter.
