INGREDIENTS
1pkt (+- 1kg) bread dough (bought from any
supermarket)
Sugar
Fine Cinnamon
250ml Fresh Cream
Butter/Margarine
METHOD
knead dough down
Brake dough off and form small balls
Roll each ball out (like you would a roti) and
sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste
Roll dough up like you would do with a pancake
Make a knot with the rolled up dough and press
lightly down to neaten the bottom and top of the knots
Pack closely in deep pirex dish or oven tray (
leave small spaces between balls
Allow to rise double in size
Sprinkle top with more sugar and cinnamon
Pour Fresh cream over buns and dot with butter
Bake at 180 degrees C for about 25 to 30 minutes or
until done
INFO & TIPS
There will be a little sauce at the bottom of the
pan but this just adds to the wonderful taste
