2 large ripe mangoes..(peel & puree in processor)
1 c milk 1 c water¼ c sugar1 teaspoon agar-agar (heaped)....mix 4 ingreds & bring to boil.on med.heat...few minutes...allow to cool.
2 c custard: 2 c milk½ c sugar4 TB custard powder.¼ ground Elachi (cardomom)(optional)Make custard & allow to cool.NB.Alternatively U could jus use Ultramel custard.METHOD Keep aside ¼ of pureed mango for decor.U could mk this dessert in one big casserole or individual little dessert bowls.First layer wt pureed mango.Then the cooled agar -agar mixture(I chiilled in freezer a bit)& lastly wt the cooled custardDecor wt the pureed mango & little ganadilla pulp.(add little sugar to pulp.)ENJOY 😛😛
