INGREDIENTS

1 litre milk2 teaspoon china grass powder
2 teaspoon custard powder4 tablespoon klim1 and ¼ cup of water
Half a tin of nestle cream1 tin condensed milk
Chocolate ganache1 slab of dairy milk meltedHalf a tin nestle cream

METHOD

Boil milk and china grass powder
Mix custard powder, klim and water in a cup and add to milk after its boiled
Add nestle cream and condensed milk and mix well*optional can add a dash of food colouring
Pour in desired dishOnce cool, add ganache
