RECIPE

3½ cups flour 1 packet yeast½ teaspoon salt2 tablespoon sugar200 ml milk1 eggVanilla extract 40g softened butter
Make a soft dough. Knead well. Allow to rise for 1 hour. Roll out. Use donut cutter. Rise again. Fry on med heat till lightly golden. Glaze:½ cup melted butter 2 cups icing sugar Vanilla 7 tablespoon evaporatedmilk Whisk till smooth.Dunk donuts in glaze. Leave to drip. So so so good...
