Chutney:Braise 2 processed onions in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 1 slit chilli and 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) Add in 2½ cups liquidised tomatoes ½ tin Tomato 🍅 puree1 teaspoon each: Salt Chilli powder arad (Turmeric) Dhana jeeroo crushed chillies 1 tablespoon sugar.½ cup waterCook on low. Kebaabs:1kg fresh chicken mince3 tablespoon breadcrumbs ¼ cup chopped dhania (coriander) 2 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 tablespoon @mrsps_ Tandoori masala ¼ cup fried onions ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon saltMix wellShape into kebaabs. Freeze till further use or add to chutney. Cook on low. Shaking the pot now and then.
Serve with chips 🍟 and rotis or potato 🥔 wedges
