puree1 teaspoon each: Salt Chilli powder arad (Turmeric) Dhana jeeroo crushed chillies 1 tablespoon sugar.Β½ cup waterCook on low. Kebaabs:1kg fresh chicken mince3 tablespoon breadcrumbs ΒΌ cup chopped dhania (coriander) 2 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 tablespoon @mrsps_ Tandoori masala ΒΌ cup fried onions Β½ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon saltMix wellShape into kebaabs. Freeze till further use or add to chutney. Cook on low. Shaking the pot now and then.
Serve with chips π and rotis or potato π₯ wedges
