For the dough2 cups flour½ teaspoon salt1 cup boiling water1 tblspoon oil For the filling 4 big potatoes1 onion slicedGreen chillies to tastedhania (coriander) powderJeera powder SaltLemon juiceGarlicFresh dhania (coriander)Cheese
Make dough and keep aside to cool Boil the potatoes with little arad (Turmeric) till soft . mash up Then make a wagar with onions garlic chillies and whole Jeera. Add to potatoes and add the salt dhania (coriander) powder Jeera powder and lemon juice. Garnish with fresh dhania (coriander) . Roll out rotis Place the mixture inside one roti add cheese then top with another roti.Roll a bit more till flat.Fry with ghee (Clarified butter) till golden brown
