1 chicken butterflied or portioned
Marinate with the following:1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper1/2 teaspoon roast chicken spice1/2 teaspoon Mexican spice (bought at a market)2 teaspoon crushed garlic1/2 teaspoon turmeric1/2 teaspoon red chillies1/4c lemon juice
Cook chicken until done on low heatTransfer to an oven tray, pour sauce over cover with foil and grill for 10-15mins
Sauce:1 small bottle salsa (old El Paso brand)½ bottle steers garlic sauce⅛ cup peri peri sauce (calistos)1/4c fresh cream

Add seasoning to taste
Serve with garlic bread and chips or savoury rice
