1 chicken1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt4 tablespoon Tomato sauce3 tablespoon Nando's peri peri saice1 tablespoon Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Mustard sauce1 tablespoon Vinegar1 ½ teaspoon coarse red chillies1 tablespoon fresh garlic
Mix all ingredients together and allow chicken to marinate, then cook in butter and a little oil until done. Serve with baked potatoes wedges.
