500g beef mince washed and drained very well500g chicken mince washed and drained1 red pepper processed1 onion processedSqueeze out water1 teaspoon @mrsps_ harissa paste2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red masala 2 cloves minced garlic Chopped dhania (coriander)2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper 1 teaspoon ginger powder2 teaspoon ground green chillies 2 teaspoon tomato 🍅 paste
METHOD
Mix above very well.Shape onto skewers.I made some on skewers and some into seekh kebaabs.
Bake at 220⁰ till done.Brush with oil.Serve with flat breads SaladsPotato 🥔 wedges
