RECIPE
4 Cups Flour [250ml cup measurement]teaspoon Salt
Sift flour and add salt
Add 3 cups / (750ml) of boiling water
Mix well with a wooden spoon till it starts coming together
Add 5 - 6 tablespoon Oil
Knead very well till you have a soft dough
Rest the dough for 10 minutes
Roll into balls [Makes about 12 -15 , depending on your preferred size of roti]
Roll out and fry [plain or with oil/ghee (Clarified butter)]
