INGREDIENTS
500g Ribbon Pasta400g prawns chopped up 60 gram butter3 gloves garlic2 table spoon flour 2 cup milk Salt , black and White Pepper and Peppercorns ( according to taste )Parsley Lemon Juice from a fresh lemon Chilli Flakes
METHOD
Boil Pasta , drain and rinse thoroughly Saute Chopped Prawns in Garlic Butter and set aside Begin with sauce , add garlic and butter Add 1 cup milk till boilAdd flour and stir vigorously to avoid lumpsAdd salt , black , white pepper and peppercorns according to taste Add rest of milk including Parsley and Lemon Juice Add chilli flakes according to taste and leave to simmerLastly Add the prawns and ribbon pasta to sauce and leave to simmer for another 5-10 minutes

Add more milk if sauce seems thick
