                      Braise 2 onions in oil with whole cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, curry leaves and whole green chillies. 
When golden add in your washed mutton (1kg) 1 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala2 heaped teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder1 teaspoon coriander powder½ teaspoon turmeric powder2 teaspoon orange pepper spiceSalt to taste. Cook until meat is nicely sealed. Add into your @instantpotsaWith 1cup water, 4 ground tomatoes, 1handful chopped coriander, some mint, 1sachet tomatoes paste . Cook for 15 minutes. Add potatoes and cook for a further 15 minutes or until tender.If you want your gravy thicker, remove lid and sauté until the desired consistency is achieved. Sprinkle a flat  teaspoon of garam masala over . Serve with bread and a onion, carrot and cucumber salad. Enjoy!
