Braise 2 chopped or processed onions in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in few cloves peppercorns Taj Elachi (cardomom) Bay leaves whole jeeru (cumin) slit chillies. Add in 1 kg washed and drained Mutton pieces. I used leg mutton.2 teaspoon @purespice_saginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_foodRed ginger garlic masala 2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon garam masala.Cook add in 3 cups liquidised tomatoes 1 tablespoon sugar. Cook till meat is tender. Add in 1 tin tomato puree and 1kg fried potatoes . Cook till thick.Garnish with greens Serve with rice or rotis
