INGREDIENTS
1 box of hake or replace with approx450g if fresh white fishMarinate in the following:2 tablespoon mayonnaiseJuice of half a lemon2 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon crushed green Chilli ( adjustaccording to preference) or 1 teaspoon greenmasala2 teaspoon zaatar spice½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon lemon pepper
METHOD
1. Allow fish to marinate for a few hours orat least half an hour.2. Transfer fish to an ovenproof dish.3. Close with foil and bake for approx 30minutes on 180 degrees.4. Remove foil and increase heat to 200degrees, add a few blobs of butter ontop of the fish and bake for a further10-15 minutes or until water has burnedOut.5. l also grilled for 5 minutes just beforeserving.6 Cook fish to your preferenceServe with chips and salad.
