INGREDIENTS
. 2 teaspoon agar agar (falooda powder) Powder. +- ΒΌ cup rose syrup . 1 cup water. 1 teaspoon soaked Sabja Seeds (optional). 1 toothpick drop rose essence. 2 drops red food coloring
METHOD
. In a saucepan add the agar agar (falooda powder) powder and the water and put on he stove.. Add the rose syrup, Rose essence and the red coloring.. Leave it on the stove for 1 minutes while mixing.. Take it of the stove and pour into a casserole.. Add the Sabja seeds. (optional). When it cools put it in he fridge to set.. Enjoy π

. Serve with Ice cream.
. Serves 5 - 6 people.
