Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with few Taj curry leaves slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin) 2 dry red chillies 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds Wash and drain 1 kg mutton pieces Add to onions with 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red masala 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 2 teaspoon vinegar 1 tablespoon mustard sauce ΒΌ cup sour milk 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo Cook few minutesAdd in 1 head Cabbage cut into thin strips 4 liquidised tomatoes π
Cook on low for about 1 hour.Adding little water if necessary. Cook till dry.Garnish with chopped greens Serve with hot hot π₯ rotis
