INGREDIENTS
8 Chicken Fillet
1 cup mozzarella
½ cup cheddar cheese
16 baby spinach leaves
1 packet salt meat
METHOD
Take the chicken and Slit it on the side like a
pocket to add in the ingredients.
Mix the mozzarella and cheddar with 1 teaspoon sweet
basil, 1 teaspoon whole mustard & salt and pepper, mix
them altogether, then open the chicken pocket and
layer 1 spinach leave at the bottom add in the
cheese mix then add another leave on the top
and take a slice of salt meat and wrap it around the
chicken. after doing all 8 fillet pieces, place then
in an oven proof dish, drizzle some olive oil over
the chicken and pop it it in the oven for about 30-
35mins depends on how you like your chicken.
Take it out and serve with baked potato and salad
