My simple quick dough
RECIPE
Use your favourite Chicken Filling add cheese to the filling
Now In a Bowl add ¼ cup warm milk1 teaspoon Sugar1 tablespoon Yeast Add ¼ Cup Warm water Mix well allow to stand for few minutesThen Beat 1 Egg (Use only Half of the quantity to the above liquid mixture )Keep the other half aside to egg wash before baking
Add the Liquid gradually to the Under mentioned dry ingredients To make a soft dough
2 Cups sifted Flour1 Heaped teaspoon Baking Powder1 Level teaspoon Salt3 tablespoon Klim Milk Powder Mix all well together Add more warm liquid if necessary to make a soft doughKnead the dough well rub oil over the dough cover and keep in a warm place to double in size for 1 Hour Once done Make small balls and place on a greased oven baking tray Cover the leave to Rise again For another 40 minutesEgg brush it sprinkle Sesame or Poppy seeds over Bake at 200 * for +-18 minutesRemove from Oven allow to cool Once Cold
Cut Slightly in the centre not too deepPut in the filling Top with grated CheeseSprinkle Parsley
This is now Freezer Suitable
Serving suggestionHeat in Micro wave for 30 seconds or until cheese meltsEnjoy
