RECIPE
Wash and rinse 1 kg mutton leg pieces. Drain and set aside. Heat oil and ghee (Clarified butter). Add in:1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)2 star anaise1 bay leafCloves and Taj 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Slit chillies 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa chilli paste3 cloves minced garlic 2 tablespoon fresh grated ginger Braise above. Add in meat. Allow to fry.Cook separately few minutes.½ cup Tomato 🍅 puree 3 liquidised tomatoes 🍅 Add 2 meat Add in 2 cups hot water 💧 cook till meat is tender. Add in 1 cup fried onions 🌰 Cook further 10 minutes.Lastly add in 1 cup yoghurt 1 teaspoon garam masala Add lots of dhania (coriander). Serve with rice or roti or naans
