INGREDIENTS
2 cups Sugar Beans (soaked overnight)2 onions, chilli10-12 curry leaves8-10 whole black pepper 1 ½ teaspoon Mustard seeds1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) 2 tomatoes finely chopped2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic 1 ½ teaspoon Haldi3-4 teaspoon Chilli powder (depending on colour & taste)1 teaspoon Fine jeeru (cumin)Salt accordingly
METHOD
Boil sugar beans in cooker with little bit salt, haldi & oil for +- 10 minutes Add mustard seeds, jeeru (cumin) , curry leaves to oil, once starts to crackle add in Onions & chillies, pepper, braise till pinkAdd in ginger garlic, Masalas, and add tomatoes. Let it braise with some water Add in boiled sugar beans let it cook for 10 15 minutesLastly add a Vagar with 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) ½ clove of chopped garlic or ½ teaspoon of fine garlic, Pinch of Hing & I added 1 dry red chilli for spiciness
