Boil 1 cup rice I have used long grain basmati rice. Boil with ΒΌ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) for 15 minutes. Drain.In a separate pot melt 50g butter. Add in Taj Elachi (cardomom) 2 cups sugar1ΒΌ cups waterΒ½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder Saffron essence Few drops egg yellow π colouring. Chopped badam (almond). Boil syrup for 15 minutes. Add to rice. Boil further 15 minutes. Steam at 150β° for 1 hour. Garnish with chopped badam (almond).(Cooking & baking creations inspiration)
