1.5kg Meat3 tablespoon Ginger Garlic¾ teaspoon Haldi3 teaspoon Chilli powder2 teaspoon Dhana jeeru (cumin)2 teaspoon Calistos Lamb spice2 tbslpn Gorimas Steak and chops spice & bbq spice3 tablespoon Lemon juice1 teaspoon Calistos Garlic Salt1 tablespoon Portuguese braai (bbq) spice Calistos2 tbpsln Tomato sauce2 tablespoon Jalepeno sauce3 tbslpn Nandos hot sauce2 tbslpn Garlic sauce
METHOD
Wash and clean the meat then marinate it with all the above spices & Sauces and cook in oven till done on 180c
