INGREDIENTS

mash
mince(samoosa mince)

METHOD
- Remove crust from bread.
- Spread mash on 2 slices of bread.
- Put a layer of mince over 1 potato slice.
- Turn over the plain potato slice onto the mince slice
and cut into quarters.
- If required freeze and semi-defrost before frying.
- Dip in beaten egg and fry in shallow oil.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides and serve
with chutney.
