2 Eggs, beaten2x teaspoon Brown Sugar or Honey1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence Pinch salt¼ Cup oil6 or 7 teaspoon Double Cream Plain Yogurt¼ Cup Raisins or walnuts (Optional400g Snowflake All Bran Mix1 teaspoon Baking powder1 Cup Milk add more if too dry…Makes 18
METHOD
Cream the eggs, sugar, oil, until smooth..Add the rest of the dry ingredients, then.Add in your yogurt & the milk.Mix well.Add the batter too the muffin cups, half full & bake for 15-20 minutes @170 degrees.Njoy with Cheese or Strawberry jam on the side😊
INFO & TIPS
Add in 1/4 Cup chopped Dates with some flour sprinkled on top,before adding it to the dry ingredients this will make it not sink too the bottom when baking!
